The Bay Atlantic Club
The Bay Atlantic Club, located in downtown Baltimore, MD, is a student-run, full-service restaurant and catering service. The Club features a gourmet and regular menu, and is a popular luncheon stop for downtown business employees.
Baltimore International College students work in five-week rotations, with culinary students preparing meals, desserts and pastries, while hospitality students serve guests and help with banquets and catering services. Both culinary and hospitality students learn front-of-house management, etiquette and formal place settings. It is the kind of knowledge that you can only get with experience.
